For collectors, by a collector

Your whole collection. Documented, valued, and ready for your insurer.

Baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer — every sport, every shelf. Cards, jerseys, signed balls and bats, helmets, gloves, pucks, sticks, and autographs — all in one inventory you can search, value, and hand to your insurance company as a clean, item-by-item report.

MemVault is being built now and launching globally from day one — open to collectors everywhere, no local rollout to wait for. Get your email in early to be part of the launch: waitlist members are first in, and you'll receive a founding discount code at launch for your first year.

Join the MemVault waitlist

Get your email in early to be part of the launch. One email when we open — no spam, no selling your address — just your launch invite and your founding discount code.

Early signup perk — founding discount code

Join the waitlist now and at launch you'll get a discount code for founding pricing: Pro $3.49/mo (or $39/yr) and Pro+ $6.99/mo (or $79/yr) for your first 12 months, then standard pricing. Founding codes go to waitlist emails only — limited to the first 100 memberships redeemed, or 30 days after launch, whichever comes first.

Submitting opens your email app with your signup addressed to MemVault, ready to send — that's how your spot is recorded while the site is in preview.

You're almost in.

Your email app should have opened with your signup ready to send. Hit send there and you're on the list.

If nothing opened, copy your details and email them to madhousecards19@gmail.com with the subject “MemVault Waitlist.”

If something happened tomorrow, could you prove what you own?

Fire, theft, a burst pipe — that's when most collectors find out the hard way. A standard homeowners policy has low limits for collectibles, and without photos, descriptions, and values on record, a claim turns into an argument about what was in the boxes, what bat was in the closet, and which signed balls, helmets, and jerseys were on the shelves.

MemVault exists to settle that argument before anything happens: a documented, valued inventory you can schedule item-by-item or cover under a blanket tier — and update as the collection grows.

What MemVault will do

Built around the way collectors actually accumulate things — a scanner run here, a show pickup there, a signed bat, helmet, or jersey that doesn't fit in any card app.

01

Inventory everything — not just cards

Import card scans and CollX exports in bulk, then add anything else by hand, from any sport: signed jerseys, baseballs, basketballs and footballs, bats, helmets, gloves, pucks, sticks, cleats, autographs, game-used pieces, figures, tickets, and programs. Photos, certificates, and purchase details attach to each item.

02

Know what it's worth

Every item carries a value, so you can see the collection total, spot your most valuable pieces, and know which ones are worth scheduling individually with your insurer.

03

Generate an insurer-ready report

One PDF with photos, descriptions, and values — organized for scheduled (item-by-item) and blanket coverage, ready to hand to your agent instead of a shoebox and a guess.

How getting started will work

Step 1 — Bring it in

Scan or import what you have

Run cards through a high-speed scanner, import a CollX export, or add pieces one at a time. Help with importing is available if you'd rather hand it off.

Step 2 — Fill the gaps

Add the non-card pieces

Signed bat by the desk, helmet and jersey on the wall, baseball, basketball, football, and puck in the case — if it's part of the collection, it gets a record, a photo, and a value.

Step 3 — Be covered

Print the report

Generate the insurance report, share it with your agent, and keep the inventory current as you buy, sell, and trade.

Bring your existing collection

You don't have to start from scratch. If your collection already lives in a spreadsheet or another app, bring that file with you — MemVault is built to start from what you already have.

“Couple us with your previous csv and be prepared for an insurance quote in minutes.”
Start from the list you already keep — no re-typing your collection item by item just to get to an insurance-ready record.
“Bring your CollX CSV, see your whole collection in MemVault in minutes, upgrade to Pro and export the full insurance-ready package.”
See it all, then export the full package on Pro. You can import and view your whole collection — items beyond your plan's active limit stay visible, just read-only. Export covers your active items, so upgrading to Pro is what unlocks exporting the full insurance-ready package.

How import and export fit together: import is available at every level, including Free, and your full imported collection stays in your account and visible. Your plan sets how many items are active — Free 25, Pro 1,000, Pro+ unlimited — and only active items are included in an export. MemVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CollX; import uses the CSV export you download yourself.

A look at the record you'll keep

Every item gets the fields an insurer actually asks for. This is an illustrative example — not a real collection.

Questions

Is MemVault an app or a website?

It starts as a website that works on your phone and computer — no app store, no download. A dedicated app can come later if collectors ask for one. The domain works either way.

When does it launch?

No date is being promised yet — that's the point of the waitlist. MemVault is launching globally from day one, open to collectors everywhere. Get your email in early and you'll be part of the launch: first invites go to the waitlist, along with your founding discount code.

What do I get for joining the waitlist early?

Two things: you're first in at launch, and you receive a founding discount code by email when MemVault opens. The code gives you Pro at $3.49/mo (or $39 for your first year) or Pro+ at $6.99/mo (or $79 for your first year) for your first 12 months, then standard pricing applies. Codes are sent only to waitlist emails and are limited to the first 100 founding memberships redeemed, or 30 days after launch — whichever comes first — so getting your email in early matters.

I only collect cards. Is this still for me?

Yes. Card-only collections are the core case — for baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, and more — and bulk scanning and imports are built for exactly that. The “add anything” side is there for when the collection outgrows the binder.

What kinds of memorabilia can I add?

Almost anything with a photo and a value: signed baseballs, basketballs, and footballs; signed and game-used bats; helmets and hats; jerseys; gloves, pucks, and sticks; cleats; autographed photos; figures; and tickets and programs. If it sits on a shelf, hangs on a wall, or lives in a display case, it can have a record in MemVault — no matter the sport.

What does joining the waitlist cost?

Nothing — joining the waitlist is free. It also locks in your eligibility for the founding discount code at launch (Pro $3.49/mo or Pro+ $6.99/mo for your first 12 months), sent only to waitlist emails.

How does the insurance part work?

MemVault produces the documented, valued inventory insurers ask for — photos, descriptions, certificates, and values, split into scheduled (item-by-item) and blanket tiers. You take that report to your own agent; MemVault doesn't sell insurance.

Can I suggest a feature or share feedback?

Yes — please do. Use the feedback & suggestions form just below. Feature ideas, pricing thoughts, items MemVault should handle, and anything that seems off are all welcome, whether you're on the waitlist or not.

Rather have someone sell pieces for you?

MemVault itself stays exactly what it is: you document and value your own collection — nothing changes hands, and MemVault never takes custody of your items.

Separately, Madhouse Cards is testing interest in a small sell-for-you pilot: you'd pick pieces from your collection, and Madhouse would handle listing and selling them for you. It's not open yet and there's no signup or commitment — we're only gauging how many collectors would want it before deciding whether to run it.

If that sounds useful, tick the box on the waitlist form and we'll reach out to interested collectors first if the pilot moves ahead. Any details would be worked out directly with you before anything changes hands.

  1. Tick the box on the waitlist form above — that's the whole ask for now.
  2. We reach out if the pilot gets the go-ahead, starting small with a few collectors.
  3. You decide which pieces, if any, you'd want sold — nothing is listed without you.

Be first in when the vault opens.
